AttachLinkPlugin and AttachmentUrlShortcutPlugin do have the same intetion and nearly the same functionality.
As AttachLinkPlugin is just a subset of AttachmentUrlShortcutPlugin? , which has also to possibilty to link to other topics in other Webs, i think AttachLinkPlugin should get removed.
It is possible to think about renaming the Macro name from %A% to %Attachment% or providing both.
I dont think we should confuse users by providing diffrent-named plugins with same functionallity. Better merge them both and lower the effort to maintain them.
