if you goto WidgetsSkin? , (assuming you've installed it) you will see that the topic based preferences are not set.

similarly, WidgetsSkin won't work as INCLUDE failes to get fixed up by the current implementation of twiki compat.

the original version I made put the compatibility code into Store.pm - I'm going to go back to that, as it will deal with these issues. Thankfully not a waste as viewfile is now much more capable than previsouly
