Enhancement New Engine Configure  
in fact, it'd make more sense to set it in configure, and have configure fix up the #! lines - both defensivly, and on extension install.

(when I update MailerContrib on a system using a seperate perl, suddenly it breaks, as the /usr/bin/perl doesn't have the twiki deps.)
