Some entries of example MAKETEXT in the file
lib/Foswiki/OopsException.pm were added in Foswiki.pot:
OopsException.pm (line 41, 42)

%MAKETEXT{"Problem filling bath"}%
others were not: (line 48)
%MAKETEXT{"Your bath cannot be filled because your [_1] is [_2] the [_3]%
...
If these are examples, are necessary translate?

No they are silly examples that the tool that generates the .pot file included.
We need to change these examples so they do not get included.
If you translate them or not has no impact as these strings are never used.
