FuncUserTests unit tests fail because the one that made it put in HTML that contains the path part of the URL.
You cannot know that the URL is domain/foswiki/bin or domain/foswiki/pub.
In my case it is domain/trunk/pub
I am changing the unit test so the expected output is built using the config setting for the pub path.
