the old js is still the default, so there is no major change for the simple 4.2 case. 5.0 should default to jquery or dojo or .... depending on our experiences to that point.

Should we update TwistyPlugin in the 4.2 branch too? (I would suggest y, as it will be inline with what happens if the user uses configure to update Plugins)
