I am converting. This one is easy

And fixing it. A little less easy until I discovered that the plugin was disabled in code by default.

I did some tidying and I fixed some bugs and I tested it on Foswiki. It works.

This was also a good test that afterAttachmentSaveHandler works in Foswiki
