Nightly build 1360
WebRss does not show the pages that have been change as part of Foswiki upgrade.
On a new install it shows the latest change in 2007. However, WebChanges does show the newer changes.

This is a known issue. See Item5718
No immediate good solution for this.
It is especially visible in System web because there Foswiki also relies on file time stamps
