Problem
A minor one IMHO. It affects the consistency of URL. When the User sets TWIKIREGISTRATION,* Set TWIKIREGISTRATION = Web.RegistrationFormThe URL is displayed as
http://domain.tld/bin/view/Web.RegistrationForm
It only affects %USERACTIONS% anywhere else is fine.
Fixed for consistency. Patch is attached.

Links are constructed using bracket notation now - not using SCRIPTURLPATH... so they get constructed correctly now
as far as I can see.
