These are unusual enough cases that unit tests should be produced. But these involve queries being passed around so it might be not so easy...

OperatingSystem is the interesting one. FormProblem5 tests for Item3434? . Not that if there is a space in the value for the hidden item, the form does not render correctly. The file generated from clicking "Create" in FormProblem5 can be used to test Item2650.
