Unittests FoswikiSuite does not run tests of Extensions
So we get a false positive result of running unittests
Many plugins fail unittests and noone sees it.
It works in Release branch so something is goofed in the FoswikiSuite? test which is supposed to discover the extensions.

It hadn't been updated since we got rid of twikiplugins
