Currently relies on a hacked-up parameter to upload. Must replace this hack job with REST handlers in the plugin.

Marked as urgent, because it needs to be done for the next release of the plugin, and Actioning because the analysis is clear and it can be tackled by anyone with Java and Perl skills.

Downgrading again, this time to enhancement. The plugin is hopefully going to be replaced some time soon, and as long as it works there is little reason to recode it.
