Searches with scope of topic text also search the METADATA.
This is not always desirable, so an exclusion switch should be added to exclude the searching of metadata.
Example is when I want to find references to myself in topic text, yet I do NOT want to find references to topics I have modified.
This could be done with regex, but it is much easier to have an option.
