Item2614: JHotDrawPlugin fails to save if server is not configured for strikeone

Normal Closed Extension JHotDrawPlugin  
JHotDrawPlugin revently was upgraded so it supports strikeone.

And this works fine

BUT

Now it will not at all save anything unless strikeone is enabled. Not even with embedded key will it save.

The plugin needs to fall back to not managing strikeone when it does not receive a validation key from the server.

Fixed.

Code now ignored strikeone unless enabled in configure.
