Item2592: GenPDFAddOn Examples not fully working

The examples are still referencing the old TWiki logos which are not shipped with Foswiki.

Also, the Title and Header/Footer topics are not working if they are qualified with a web name. The plugin needs to normalize the names and default to the parent topic web if not qualified by webname,.

Finally, missing images were causing a fault due to concatenating an empty string.
