Can we have a core feature or at least a tweaking for our Foswiki-Website that makes sure, that we can indicate links, that lead you to another website with a sign.

getUrlHost) and wrap it with natExternalLink. I don't see any toggle whatsoever. Even the HTML doesn't show natExternalLink for external links. Am guessin' it's a bug?

Added Set EXTERNALLINKS = on in SitePreferences.
