Item2310: RevComment doesn´t work with NatEdit and PatternSkin

Normal	New	Extension	RevCommentPlugin

RevCommentPlugin doesn´t work anymore when using NatEdit with PatternSkin. (No inputfield for the Comment)
We´ve got Set SKIN = natedit,pattern in Main.SitePreferences.
Using just Set SKIN = pattern makes the RevCommentPlugin work again.

We´re using Foswiki-1.0.7, Sun, 20 Sep 2009, build 5061.
