Item2295: Enhance Preferences Plugin so that it can copy settings from DefaultPreferences to SitePreferences

Enhancement New Extension PreferencesPlugin  
  • Make it easy to select a value from System.DefaultPreferences, and copy it to either Main.SitePreferences or any WebPreferences
  • Adjust the value if desired
  • Take care not to overwrite existing values (give a warning)
