Item217: Replace module/plugin of message at the top of source files

At the top of each source file we have

# .... TWiki Enterprise Collaboration Platform, http://TWiki.org/

which I replace by

# .... Foswiki - The Free and Open Source Wiki, http://foswiki.org/

Note that this message is not part of the copyright. The text that follows cannot be removed but has to be appended by a Foswiki community Copyright.

I am rushing this one change now because it is a pain in a certain place that the string TWiki. (with the dot) is found when you search for the TWiki web during the rebranding.
