Item2084: GenPDFAddOn doesn't honor the rev= parameter

GenPDF? .pm doesn't pass the revision level to the readTopicText function when reading the topic. So it is not possible to generate a PDF of a previous revision of a topic.

Revision support will be limited.
  • Only applicable for the main topic. Revisions will not be supported on title topics, etc.
  • Supplying a revision will disable recursion
