Item563 is able to tell when there are errors loading a plugin. it doesn't know why (that is, it doesn't know which dependencies are missing), nor does it currently do anything with that information. WN Undeferred, post Dakar CC
Extensions installer now reports dependencies, but it would be nice if the Extensions DEPENDENCIES file were re-checked by Configure for all installed extensions. There is a lot of noise during extensions installation and dependencies might be missed. -- GeorgeClark - 14 Mar 2011
