There are a lot of calls to "throw
OopsException? " in the code. These used to be 302 redirects, but the code is now fixed

Some of these calls define an HTTP status (most don't, so the response status defaults to 500). Each of these calls needs to be reviewed, and an appropriate HTTP status set if 500 or the existing status code is wrong.
