Item1433: Support form doesn't match Support.QuestionForm

I just filled in a support request (Question123? ), and the info in the Subject and Version fields didn't go through to the form on the support ticket.

In fact, the versions available on the form on the support topic (QuestionForm) do not include foswiki!
