BarcodePlugin was never released and needs some fixing

MANIFEST is wrong

I noticed that it was marked at ported but not available in Extensions web.

Thought it was a simple thing but I cannot test it because the CPAN lib it depends on cannot install and noone has rpms either for RH.

So in my view it is a garbage plugin

We can release if someone can test it

as OlivierRaginel pointed out, debian users can install libbarcode-code128-perl.

of course, you should be able to install using cpan Barcode::Code128. i do understand why one would always want to install packages via their package manager, in which case i point you to cpan2rpm.
