The 'gendocs' step used to build documentation for perl modules, but this is no longer required as POD documentation is built on the fly. Remove the script.

I chose to also do it in Release branch so I get a more clean build output. Helps when real errors are not drowning in unreal ones.

I guess I can close it now.
