It looks like the Source of Hyperlinks is ignored by the Indexer.

Example: 
<a href="http://mytestlink1.com">Testlink1</a>
[[http://mytestlink2.com][Testlink2]]
A Query for "http://mytestlink1.com" or "http://mytestlink2.com" returns zero results while a query for Testlink1 or Testlink2 works fine.
