Item11741: Add a standard "jsonpreferences" zone

Split from Item11740.

Arthur (accidentally, I think) added the beginnings of a jsonpreferences zone instead of tacking onto the script zone.

Let's use a separate task for this, "add new jq ui theme" commit/task titles hide this rather important detail from people who read change logs

Added some plugins which I know off the top of my head use getPreference

As far as I see, there's no need for a jsonpreferences zone thanks to jquery's $.extend().

This thread has actually already been opened as Item11397.
