Extensions.TwistyPlugin has several overrides for setting defaults, including TWISTYPLUGIN_TWISTYSHOWLINK and TWISTYPLUGIN_TWISTYHIDELINK.

Please add to complement the textual link labels. (Sometimes an arrow is all that's required, and when there are many twisites on a page, it's simpler to set one default.)
