Create a bit of text with a heading and a capitalised word containing a ligature such as æ and EditChapterPlugin will cause it to be treated as a WikiWord and also cause the ligature to display incorrectly.

A word Encyclopędia lorem ipsum. will become corrupted and display as A word <a href="http://example.com/edit/Sandbox/Encyclop%EF%BF%BD?topicparent=Sandbox.DeleteMe">Encyclop�</a>�dia lorem ipsum.Only display is corrupted. When editing, the text is fine.
