Item11288: No {Cache}{Debug}

There are references to $Foswiki::cfg{Cache}{Debug} in View.pm and Rest.pm, but there is no such option in LocalSite.cfg nor Foswiki.spec.

(Not sure if the bug is that there is no option, or that there are references.)

Nothing to do with RestPlugin, I don't think? Removed from components

if i understand right, this was resolved by Crawford in that commit.

if not, please be more obvious when you report a bug.

Crawford didn't touch View.pm or Rest.pm in Foswikirev:7456.

I'm referring to lines like http://trac.foswiki.org/browser/trunk/core/lib/Foswiki/UI/View.pm#L71 and http://trac.foswiki.org/browser/trunk/core/lib/Foswiki/UI/Rest.pm#L110 which reference a nonexistent config option.
