I don't think the -request is appropriate/helpful in that address.

Quite right, i dont think that is very helpful either. I changed $TWiki::cfg{WebMasterEmail} to webmaster@nextwiki.org (which for now ends up with Sven, but will be set to forward to all in the InfraStructureTaskTeam? ), and also did a grep in the entire installation on the nextwiki-discuss-request address, no other occurences showed up.
