All forms, i.e. those to manage users and webs, should be classified using the twikiPageForm class already used for example in the UserRegistration.

Changing to no-action-reqired as cynical as it is. Infact, all forms in the standard content need a decent usability overhaul. For one see Item310 for RedesignManagingWebs. Unfortunately this gets blocked for various minor reasons up to a point usability people run out of motivation.
