The default value now appears in δ popup floating title layers, but you cannot do anything with that information. Some default values are so long you can never memorize that.
It would be better to have links "use default" to copy that default setting into the field.
And of course "undo" links to go back to the previously stored values.
I have it ready and waiting for Foswiki 1.1.

With refactoring of Configure files for Item1053 and Item1049 this is a minor change. So nice to add to the patch release.
