I have successfully set up a Foswiki site. It functions properly and is usable in its current form. I am the administrative user, and have no trouble loggin in as such. However, whenever I try to run the "configure" script (for instance, from the link on the "Admin tools" page), I am told "Access Denied -- Attention -- The 'Foswiki' web does not exist "..., etc. I need to tweak the configuration to try out new skins, add Apache security controls, etc. How do I properly access the configuration page
