Modifying the Alert Status and Severity Level for an Interaction

The status indicates if a drug-drug interaction triggers an alert or is suppressed. The Severity Level provides the message the user receives when an alert is triggered. AlertSpace allows you to customize these settings so you only receive the alerts and severity warnings that you need.

Important: Once a modification is made, the new setting is immediately applied to the selected interaction in your Work List. Changes are only applied to Published when you promote the list within the Work List screen.

Important: First DataBank does not manage inactive ingredient alerts in AlertSpace. These alerts must be enabled or disabled within your application, otherwise inactive ingredients interaction alerts may still occur.
