Description
|
Percentage of urgent repairs completed within time limits, as defined by the Right to Repair Regulations 1994 (Former BVPI 72). PFI1 and PFI2 data is not included.

Purpose/aim
|
This indictor monitors the efficiency of HFI and its contractors in meeting urgent repairs.
|
|
Definition
|
Urgent” is an arrangement to respond and complete repairs ranging from 1 to 7 working days. The Right to Repair Regulation 1994 sets out the list of defects and the prescribed period (in working days) for which the organisation must comply. The indicator asks for the number of urgent repairs completed by the authority as a percentage of all urgent repairs that could have been completed.

The denominator is: the number of urgent repairs that need access to the property. The numerator is: The number of urgent repairs completed by the authority.

PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING

Purpose This is the procedure for reporting information on P100.
•
Scope The procedure applies to all information regarding P100 that is provided to HFI performance monitoring team, as defined on the PI record card.
