Feature Proposal: When a significant number of (non-related) topics need deletion, it would be good to select them in a UI and process all on a single button click.

Motivation

Deleting > 10 topics one-by-one is tedious

Description and Documentation

Perhaps add an optional "append" text to topic name on the deletion to trash; and a RevComment? and the usual update/ignore links.

Perhasp the principal could also be used to Move topics as well.
