• Are we only using shots of a basic system or are we adding special features as well that are only possible with plugins etc.? JensHansen
• Hm, we can add up to 4 screenshots, which is obviously not able to cover all of the eyecandy we could provide. They do say, however, that you are supposed to add additional screenshots for different themes/designs/skins. While I think that this is a good idea, we should definitely add screenshots of a vanilla install showing a view page of System and the edit screen of the same page. -- MichaelDaum - 01 Dec 2008 - 14:23

Impact of Wikimatrix links in Foswiki

• It is very nice to include links to the WikiMatrix? website, but the net result for me (as someone looking for a wiki engine with DMS capabilities) was that I discovered other tools that may be better suited to my goals. -- ChristopheVermeulen - 04 May 2010
• I think it's fine that the WikiMatrix link lets people find tools better suited to what they are doing. Unlike some people, the Foswiki team isn't interested in claiming to provide the best tool for every job, and then failing to deliver.
