Foswiki.org running 1.1.5-Beta2

foswiki.org was just upgraded to Foswiki-1.1.5-Beta2. See the System.ReleaseNotes01x01 for the details on this build.

We are getting close to a public Release Candidate. We expect to build 1.1.5-RC1 on Tuesday March 20th. There are still a couple of release blockers. We will evaluate if they are serious enough to actually block 1.1.5, or can be deferred to a plugin release.
