foswiki 1.1.5 RC2 available for testing

After a number of fixes to WysiwygPlugin and several other important fixes, we've gone ahead with one more release candidate. Assuming that no more significant issues are reported, this will become Foswiki Release 1.1.5.It's now installed and running on foswiki.org. So far, Foswiki 1.1.5 has been proving to be extremely reliable. We've seen no logged errors on Foswiki.org since installation of 1.1.5-RC1.
